Cast that web through social media! Get on video! Reach out to ALL of those people who like or comment on your post! Part time? Touch AT LEAST 1-2 people per day!  Full time 5+ people per day! Or work it ALL THE TIME! Everywhere you go! MOST IMPORTANT P!

POSTURE 

Knowledge and fear help determine your posture!  BELIEVE in your team!  BELIEVE in your company!  Get confident in where you are and who you are surrounded by!

UNDERSTANDING PERSONALITIES

Personal development with a product attached... so now get to work on yourself!! Especially when your posture is strong AND you know who you are talking to then you are good to go!

Fire Wind Ice Water - understand the different personalities!

Fire - money motivated, leadership, motivated by winning and being 1st, they like GOOD stuff! Quick to speak over you.  Competitive. Don't bore them with ALL the ingredients etc. Get to the point SHOW THEM THE MONEYYYYYY!

Wind - Life of the partyyyy! A billion friends all over the place. Disorganized. Car has stuff in the backseat maybe from months ago. don't focus very well - shiny object syndrome. They definitely didn't get in for the money. Talk to them about the funnnn! Get under them QUICK! They will move on fast.. so be sure to hit up their contact list asap!

Ice - Left brained person. Very analytical. If they don't know something they will research it fully!  Be on time for Ice personalities! They are very practical and pragmatic. No purpose in flashy spending.  Don't like waste. Lots of calendars, structure, etc. Everything should be perfect and immaculate. Ice LOVES the due diligence page.

Water - Wants to save the world.  Super duper nice.  Want to see other people win. Will help the old lady across the street.  Hates confrontation. Offended quickly and will hold a grudge forever!

NOW, when you figure out the personality of who you are working with, talk in THEIR language. If you are a water talking to a Fire, become a Fire for that convo!  Etc..  Mimic the person you are dealing with.  Listen listen listen to who you are dealing with so YOU can figure them out!

The more you understand personalities.. the easier it is to get along with ANYONE in life!! Goes way beyond business.
