How to track the order at back office?




Dear Valued Distributors,

To get the most up to date order and tracking information please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Login to your Joffice and select Reports > Orders.



2. Click on Pending under Shipment Status.



3. Next, click on the truck symbol located under Tracking.



4. After clicking on the truck symbol a new box will pop-up that will show you if any or all items from your order have been shipped.
  • The report below shows a split shipped order.
  • The first Order Code is for the product from the order that has been shipped.
  • The second Order Code is for the back-ordered product that has not been shipped.



Current Back Order Information

Below you’ll find the status on products that might be part of your order and which are currently encountering delays which will be sent separately.

CANADA
  • ZEN Fit Watermelon/Fruit Punch and Fuze Chocolate are back in production and should be released from quality inspection from United States to ship to Canada by the end of December. Then Zen products will go through Canada Customs, and if all goes as expected it will be back in the shopping cart first week of January.
UNITED STATES
  • NEVO -We asked, and Santa delivered! NEVO production for all 4 flavors has been completed and will return to the shopping cart this week (the week of the 17th). All backordered NEVO will be shipped before regular orders resume.

US & CANADA
  • Luminesce, NV, Reserve, and Instantly Ageless are being restocked between the 19th and 30th of December. We will fill backorders first and then make the product available in the shopping cart.
  • M1ND -We will be able to fulfill current Smart Delivery orders for the month of December with minor delays. We expect M1ND to be back in the shopping cart and the Canadian Import cart in January.
  • Finiti will return to the shopping cart the first week of January. Smart Delivery’s for December which have been held will be shipped when the new batch arrives in January.

All products not listed above are in stock. Be on the lookout for Product Updates Emails that will keep you informed of changes. If you are a Distributor you can go to the Joffice under Members Only > Distributor Information > North America > scroll to UPDATES for weekly updates so you can keep informed.
